These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Digital Revenue Blueprint course, website, and related services provided by AI Capital Club ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to purchase or use our services.
2. License to Course Content
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course materials for your personal, non-commercial learning use.
You may NOT:
- Copy, redistribute, resell, or share the materials with others.
- Post the course content publicly (including on social media, torrent sites, or Discord servers).
- Use the materials to build a competing product or course.
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
Violation results in immediate termination of access without refund.
3. Payment
The course is sold as a one-time payment through our payment provider (Payhip). All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We provide education and strategies, not guarantees of income. Any references to earnings (e.g. "$2,000–$8,000/month") are examples, not promises. Your results depend on your effort, skill, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. Nothing here should be treated as financial or investment advice.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Harass or abuse other students or our team.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
7. Intellectual Property
All content — text, videos, graphics, templates, code, branding — is owned by AI Capital Club or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where AI Capital Club operates. Disputes will be resolved through informal negotiation first; failing that, binding arbitration or the competent courts, at our discretion.
